What does digital equity look like in practice?

For LA County’s Justice, Care & Opportunities Department, it meant creating a one-stop, open-access resource hub for community-based organizations working with justice-involved individuals and families.

The Incubation Academy Resource Hub brings together training, funding opportunities, events, and practical tools; designed to be easy to maintain, easy to navigate, and built to grow.

This is the kind of work we love. Where thoughtful design meets real-world constraints and real community impact.
