Case Study
Our non-profit client, The Wildwoods Foundation, was looking for a complete re-branding. We began with a new logo for The Foundation that was utilized for various print materials, i.e., stationary, water bottles, and carabiners. The next challenge was to carry over this new brand to their flagship program, Web of Our Worlds, in a way that was within the established look but also had its own distinctive style. Ripe developed a new site that is an instrumental part of this after school program and is maintained by the kids and their teachers.
With all content - photographs & copy - developed entirely by the students, Web of Our World is a record, by each class, of what they learned in their expeditions. Even more, Web of Our World documents the students’ exploration of the community surrounding their school, and is a reflective comparison of that neighborhood with nature. We’re proud to have been involved with the project. It has been published in a book called Market Smart: The Best in Age and Lifestyle Specific Design and is a W3 award winner.
