Embracing a Global Voice

The Global FoodBanking Network is a international nonprofit organization that increases the capacity and impact of food banks all over the world. They have developed programs that have allowed for our most vulnerable and food insecure populations to thrive. We’re proud to play a role in their vision of a world free of hunger.

GFN came to Ripe for a nonprofit branding strategy that properly reflected their position in the global hunger space and set them up for projected growth into new emerging markets. Ripe’s partnership improved their internal consensus, the confidence of their communications and the perceived credibility of their message. This project is a 2017 Platinum dotComm – Nonprofit Redesign award winner!

Improving Donor Experience

Reaching new donors as well as connecting current donors to GFN’s work were critical objectives for improving donor communications.  Ripe created a printed Annual Report as well as digital version to share with supporters all the amazing progress and wins of the year.

Additionally, materials were created to use as leave behinds and marketing to corporate donors. Items included brochures, story card, branded folder and one sheet template–all key elements in telling their story and developing an active donor experience.

Platinum Award Winner

The Global FoodBanking Network’s redesigned website received a Platinum dotComm Award from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.

This year there were over 2000 entrants and only 13% received platinum. Some of the largest agencies and biggest brands in the world are among the winners. At Ripe, we co-create with our clients to produce work that sees results and receives accolades. This is a win-win for all.  ?
